​​​​​​​Warren Park Eagles Program 

Warren Park Hockey's Eagles program is an excellent alternative to the Single A tier of the Greater Toronto Hockey League (GTHL).  It is a competitive, high level of play without body checking and without the unnecessary high cost, commitment and pressure of "Rep" minor hockey.  

Warren Park participates in two main travelling or "interlock play" loops known as Competitive Development Program (CDP) and the North York Hockey League (NYHL).  

Warren Park Hockey U7, U8 and U9 may participate in the CDP loop against other hockey associations from October to April and represent Warren Park in competitive play all across the Greater Toronto Area.  

Warren Park Eagles U7 to U21  NYHL Select Teams participate in the NYHL loop against other hockey associations from October to April and represent Warren Park in competitive play all across the Greater Toronto Area.  In the 2017/18 Season Warren Park celebrated being crowned the NYHL's Grand Champion with the most championships in the City of Toronto.

What do I need to know about Select hockey:

• Evaluations for Warren Park Eagles CDP and NYHL Teams for the 2026/27 upcoming season tryouts are in April and May 2026
• Open to all registered Warren Park House League players IE - you must register with WP before stepping on the ice
• All players who make a CDP or Select team must continue to play for their House League team as per GTHL rules.
• There is a separate cost to play CDP or NYHL Select Hockey and that cost may vary for each team, depending on individual fundraising and sponsorship.
• Players and Parents must be prepared to purchase BLACK Helments and BLACK Pants
• Players and Parents must be prepared to travel to games around the City and beyond (tournaments)
• Players and Parents must be prepared to play playoff games during March Break
