Warren Park Eagles Select Program 

Select Hockey is an excellent alternative to the Single A tier of the GTHL.  It is a competitive, high level of play without body checking and without the unnecessary high cost, commitment and pressure of "Rep" minor hockey.  

Warren Park Eagles U10 and above Select Teams participate in the North York Hockey League against other hockey associations from October to April and represent Warren Park in competitive play all across the Greater Toronto Area.  In the 2017/18 Season Warren Park celebrated being crowned the NYHL's Grand Champion with the most championships in the City of Toronto. 

Why join Warren Park Hockey:

• We host home games on Friday nights at our own Lambton Arena

What do I need to know about Select hockey:

• Try-outs for Select Teams for the 2024/25 upcoming season tryouts will be in May 
• Open to all registered Warren Park House League players IE - you must register with WP before stepping on the ice
• All players who make a Select team must continue to play for their House League team as per GTHL rules.
• There is a separate cost to play Select Hockey and that cost may vary for each team, depending on individual fundraising and sponsorship.
• Players and Parents must be prepared to travel to games around the City and beyond (tournaments)
• Players and Parents must be prepared to play playoff games during March Break
